I have been shooting snowboarding since middle school and I feel there are few other sports that could have helped me to dial in this genre of shooting. Snowboarding involves super difficult whiteout lighting, adverse temperatures and weather, super fast moving subjects which never do the same thing twice and a viewer that is extremely knowledgeable and demanding. Plus you need to haul your own kit up, down, through and over some tuff terrain.

These skills have paid off over the years as I expanded into motor sports, adventure running, mountain biking, rock climbing, and what ever else crosses my path.
