In the winter, Canadian Mountain Holidays (CMH) is the largest helicopter skiing company in the world. During the summer, they pack an amazing mix of helicopter-based adventures. Back when we launched The Public Works, we dreamed of working with such a diverse and amazing company. We were stoked when CMH first came to us to design and fabricate an experiential brand experience for the 2011 Young President’s Organization conference in Denver, Colorado.
The Public Works built and designed CMH’s tradeshow booth with a mix of locally harvested materials and previously-used helicopter parts. The beetle kill timber frame incorporated actual helicopter parts, including a spinning tail-rotor, a door and a row of helicopter seats. With our hands-on prowess, we also handled the logistics of setting up and taking down the entire booth. We were also able to mix in some great technology through CMH’s partnership with 3M: We installed a rear-projected Vikuiti screen, which allowed CMH to show marketing and operations videos front and center in the booth throughout the entire conference for all conference attendees to view.
Additionally, The Public Works has been tapped to manage all of CMH’s still and moving picture assets, as well as their multimedia database. This will increase their ability to access and distribute marketing materials around the world.
From photos to authentic spinning rotor blades . . . we’ve got it covered.
